Why Request a Symbol
Hyperstock covers the full U.S. listed options market, but some newly listed stocks, small caps, or ADRs may not yet be available.
If a symbol you need isn't searchable or has no data, submit a request and we'll prioritize adding it.
Eligibility
✅ Eligible:
- U.S. listed stocks on major exchanges (NASDAQ / NYSE / AMEX)
- Active options trading
- Market cap > $100M (very small caps may lack sufficient liquidity for meaningful analysis)
❌ Not supported:
- Crypto-related symbols
- OTC / pink sheet stocks
- Delisted or halted symbols
- Symbols with no listed options
How to Apply
Option 1: Email (recommended)
Subject line: [Symbol Request] TICKER - Company Name
Email body:
Ticker: XXXX Company name: XXXX Exchange: NASDAQ / NYSE Reason (optional): e.g. "I trade this symbol regularly"
Option 2: In-product request
- Log in to Hyperstock
- Enter the ticker in the search box
- If "No data available" appears, click "Request this symbol"
- Fill in basic details and submit
Review Process

We'll process the batch; all symbols live within 3–5 business days.
Check Request Status
After you send your email, we'll reply to confirm receipt.
To check progress, reply to the original email or send a new message tohyperstock.werich@gmail.com with the requested ticker symbol(s).
Important Notes
- Requests are free
- Maximum 5 symbol requests per user per day
- No need to re-submit symbols already under review
- Ineligible symbols will be explained by email
- For newly listed IPOs, we recommend waiting 30 days post-listing (options need time to develop liquidity)
