Q: How do I sign up?
A: Click "Log in" (top right) → switch to "Sign up" → email + password + confirm → done.
Q: Forgot password?
A: On the login page, click "Forgot password" → enter registered email → check reset mail → set new password.

A: Yes. Desktop, tablet, and phone — data syncs in real time.
Tokens and Billing
Q: What is a Token?
A: Tokens meter analysis usage. 1 Sell Put analysis = 1 Token; spread strategies = 2 Tokens.
Q: Do Tokens expire?
A: Permanent Tokens never expire. Membership cycle Tokens reset monthly on your signup anniversary; unused balance does not roll over.
Q: How do I get Tokens?
A: Three ways:
- Purchase — multiple payment methods, instant credit
- Membership — Tokens issued monthly
Q: Membership vs Tokens?
A: Tokens are pay-as-you-go, deducted per use, never expire. Membership is subscription: monthly Tokens + usage discount + early access to new features.
Q: Am I charged if analysis fails?
A: No. Tokens deduct only on successful results. Timeouts and system errors are not charged.
Q: Refunds?
A: Token purchases and membership activations are non-refundable except where required by law.

Using the Product
Q: What is Score in results?
A: AI composite score blending annualized return, assignment probability, margin efficiency, volatility, and more. Higher Score = better risk/reward.
Q: How accurate is SPAN margin estimate?
A: Based on CME SPAN; typically within ~10% of major brokers. Policies vary — confirm with your broker.
Q: How many tickers per analysis?
A: Up to 10 per run. Today's Best shows full-market scan results.
Q: Data refresh frequency?
A: Real-time during US session (ET 9:30–16:00). Daily best strategies refresh pre-market.
Q: Why no results for some tickers?
A: Possible reasons: no active options, halt, or data issue. Try another ticker or retry later.
Q: Spreads vs Sell Put?
A: Sell Put is single-leg, income-focused. Spreads (Bull Call / Bear Put) pair two legs when you have a directional view.
Q: Where is analysis history?
A: Sidebar "History" or Account → "Top-up & Usage".
