1. Scope of Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into between you ("User" or "you") and Hyperstock.net ("Platform" or "we") regarding your use of the AI options analysis services provided by the Platform (the "Services").
Please read this Agreement in its entirety before using the Services. By clicking "Agree" or by actually using the Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Services immediately.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Hyperstock.net is an AI-powered U.S. equity options data analysis tool that provides, without limitation, Sell Put analysis, combination strategy analysis, and options data lookup services.
2.2 All data on the Platform is sourced from publicly available market information. Analysis results are generated by AI algorithms and are provided for reference only.
2.3 The Platform does not hold any financial licenses and does not provide regulated financial services such as securities trading, investment advisory, or asset management. We provide data analysis tools only and do not constitute investment advice of any kind.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Services at any time based on operational needs, and will provide advance notice whenever reasonably practicable.
3. User Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3.2 You must ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws and regulations of your country or region. If you are located in a sanctioned country or region, or if local law prohibits the use of such services, do not register for or use the Services.
3.3 You understand and agree that options trading involves high risk and may result in the total loss of principal. You should possess the corresponding ability to identify and bear such risks.
3.4 You shall ensure that all registration information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete. You shall bear sole responsibility for any issues arising from inaccurate information.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 You must provide a valid email address to register and set a secure password.
4.2 You shall safeguard your account password and are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for unauthorized account access, Token loss, or similar issues resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
4.3 If you discover any account anomaly (such as unauthorized login or abnormal Token consumption), notify us immediately by email at hyperstock.werich@gmail.com
4.4 We reserve the right to temporarily freeze your account upon detection of abnormal activity in order to protect your interests.
4.5 For accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (no login for 12 consecutive months), we reserve the right to suspend the Services and retain the right to delete associated data.
5. Service Fees
5.1 The Services are offered under two billing models: pay-per-use Token billing and membership subscriptions. Specific rates are as published on the Platform.
5.2 Token top-ups are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Please purchase Tokens according to your actual needs.
5.3 Membership subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis (if enabled) and may be canceled at any time in account settings. After cancellation, membership benefits continue through the end of the current billing period.
5.4 We reserve the right to adjust rates based on operational needs. We will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via Platform announcement before any rate change. Such changes do not affect Tokens already purchased or membership benefits already activated.
5.5 If excess Tokens are deducted due to a system error, we will restore them within one (1) business day after verification.
6. User Conduct
6.1 You shall not use the Services to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Fraud, money laundering, or market manipulation
- Infringement of others' intellectual property or privacy rights
- Distribution of malware or conducting cyberattacks
- Unauthorized bulk scraping of Platform data
6.2 You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Platform.
6.3 You shall not use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to fraudulently obtain Tokens or interfere with normal operation of the Services.
6.4 You shall not use the Services for any commercial purpose unrelated to options analysis, or resell the Services to third parties without authorization.
6.5 If you violate the foregoing provisions, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and to pursue legal remedies.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the Platform (including but not limited to software, algorithms, data, text, images, and interface design) is owned by us or the relevant rights holders.
7.2 Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use Platform content.
7.3 Analysis results generated through your use of the Services are for your personal use only. Without our prior written consent, you may not use them for commercial publication or large-scale distribution.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1 All data and analysis results on the Platform are provided for reference only and do not constitute investment advice, investment recommendations, or buy/sell recommendations of any kind.
8.2 Before making any investment decision, you should exercise independent judgment and consult a licensed investment adviser. We assume no liability for any investment loss arising from your use of or reliance on information from the Platform.
8.3 AI analysis has inherent limitations, including but not limited to model bias, data noise, and changes in market structure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of analysis results.
8.4 Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any historical data, backtest results, annualized return metrics, or similar figures displayed on the Platform reflect past performance only.
8.5 We are not liable for compensation arising from service interruption or data delay caused by network failures, system maintenance, third-party data outages, force majeure, or similar events, but we will use reasonable efforts to restore the Services.
8.6 You understand and agree that you assume all risks associated with use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
9. Amendment and Termination
9.1 We may amend this Agreement when necessary. Amendments will be announced on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
9.2 If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you should stop using the Services. You may use any remaining account balance and Tokens before termination of the Agreement.
9.3 If you breach any provision of this Agreement, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. Purchased Tokens and membership services are non-refundable in such cases.
9.4 You may request account deletion at any time. After deletion, we will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy Protection
We value your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
11.3 If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction where the Platform operator is located.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings.
12.3 Our failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
